Alerts

Alerts surface problems that need your attention: a charger that went offline, a fault reported over OCPP, or other conditions worth watching.

Using alerts

• Open Alerts in the sidebar to see active and recent alerts across your workspace.
• Review an alert to understand which charger it affects and what triggered it.
• Follow up on the affected charger from its detail view: for example, check its status or send a reset command.

Keep an eye on alerts alongside Analytics to spot patterns before they become outages.
