Monitor & control a charger
Open any charger from the Chargers list to see its detail view. It's organized into tabs.
Status
See the charger's live state: connectivity, connector availability, current or recent sessions, and errors it has reported.
Commands
Send remote commands to the charger, such as start/stop a session, unlock a connector, reset, or trigger a diagnostics action. Available commands depend on what your charger model supports.
Remote control is part of a paid capability. If the Commands actions are unavailable, your workspace's plan doesn't include remote control. See Plans & billing.
Configuration
View and edit the charger's OCPP configuration keys: the settings your charger exposes (for example, heartbeat interval or metering options). Change values and push them to the charger.
Other tabs
Depending on your charger and plan, you may also see tabs for variables, reservations, maintenance, charging profiles, authorization events, transactions, and an audit log of actions taken.
