Plans & billing
Your workspace is on a plan. The plan controls both your billing and which capabilities are unlocked (its entitlements).
Managing your plan
Go to Settings → subscription to view your current plan, see what it includes, and change or upgrade it. Billing details are managed from the same area.
How plans unlock features
Some features are gated by your plan. When a capability isn't included, the related actions are hidden or disabled in the dashboard. Common examples:
- Remote control: sending commands to chargers (start/stop, reset, unlock). See Monitor & control.
- Access control: managing who can charge. See Control who can charge.
- Reporting & export: downloading transaction and analytics data. See Analytics & reports.
If a feature you expect is missing, it's usually one of two things: your role doesn't permit it (see Team & roles), or your plan doesn't include it. Upgrade from Settings → subscription, or ask a workspace owner.
