Workspaces & onboarding

Everything in GitCharger lives inside a workspace, your company or organization. Chargers, tags, team members, plans, and billing all belong to a workspace, and you can belong to more than one.

Joining an existing workspace

If a teammate invited you:

  1. Open the invitation link and sign in (or sign up) with the invited email address.
  2. You'll be added to that workspace with the role the inviter chose for you.
  3. If the workspace requires approval, your membership shows as pending until an owner or admin approves it.

Creating a new workspace

If you don't belong to any workspace yet, you'll be guided through onboarding:

  1. Choose Create a workspace.
  2. Enter your company details.
  3. You become the workspace owner and can start adding chargers and inviting your team.

Switching between workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace picker in the top navigation to switch. The dashboard always shows data for the currently selected workspace, and the workspace is reflected in the page URL.
